Lying is an art. Yeah you heard it right, it's an art. It is something which can be learnt.
Many religions believe that lying is sinful. But technically everyone in the history has lived at some point of time and everyone in the future will lie too. We all lie sometimes right?
Lying has certain issues as well. It makes people not believe in you and weaken relationships. But what if people believe blindly in you lies? What if you can manipulate people by lying? Sounds interesting, right.
Lying professionally is a solution to all this. If you are lying on the base of a fake story, make sure that your story doesn't have any loopholes in it. You must have an answer to each and every question someone asks about your story. This makes your sorys more believing and real.
Suppose I want to manipulate a friend and want to get some secret information which he/she isn't willing to share. For that you have to first win his/her trust. So you must know something about your friend. Find it anywhere, anyhow. Internet is the source of all information and social media makes it easy to get information about a person. This makes easier to win someone's trust.
Predicting something unexpected and seeing people shocked is also a very interesting thing which you can try. Suppose I have a friend and I called him in a winter morning at nearly 10-11 AM. I just said a simple sentence: "hey, why aren't you wearing a jacket, it's cold outside". See I am on a phone. We can't see each other. But I said this line. There is a good chance that he might not be wearing a jacket and just a t-shirt maybe in his room. This will probably make him shocked and you know what his answer would be? He might be like: "but how did you know I am not wearing a jacket". So you see it right. How I lied.
Well you might ask why did you said something about jacket only and not something like:" this yellow shirt doesn't look good on you?"
Well here's an answer: in the first case there are just 2 possibilities
1)he is wearing a jacket
2) he isn't wearing a jacket
But in case 2 there are many possibilities:
1) he is wearing a jacket
2)he is not wearing a jacket
3) he is wearing a pink jacket
4)he is wearing a yellow jacket
And many more.
So in case 1 the probability that your prediction or guess is right is nearly 0.5 but in second case it is very very less. Hence he might catch your lie in the second case and not first.
This is what I call professional act of lying.
These are a few interesting things which can be used when needed. Sometimes they prove to be very useful.
